What are your hours?

Studio business hours are as follows:

Monday- Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday - Closed 

 

Please allow 24-48 business hours to respond back to messages. Thank you again and we appreciate your time! 

Where are you located?

Our Studio is location in the heart of Tamiami Airport

Reservations

We book sessions any where between 2-6 months in advance depending on the type of session you book. 

Events are booked 6-12 months in advance. 

We offer a few weekend slots per month. Weekend appointment are booked in advance 3-6 months. Studio high season Oct-Dec where weekends are not open  due to Holiday and Event bookings.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment through the following merchants:

Cash App

Venmo 

How long is the typical wait?

Turnaround time for your gallery to be complete is 1-2 weeks from your session date. Events take 3-4 weeks from the even date. We love sharing teasers with our clients with in 1-2 days of your session. Once your gallery is ready, we will reach out to you on the next steps of what's included in your package. 

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations are requested no later than 24 hour of your scheduled session. Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a later date.
